On Sunday, May 17th, join the Women's Art Initiative, Rock Hill Economic Development, the Rock Hill Symphony, the Rock Hill Poet Laureate, and the Arts Council of York County as we introduce the Southside Music and Cultural Trail through Stories Sung, Spoken, and Shared.
The Music and Cultural project evolved out of the Southside Regional Development Plan (formerly known as the Clinton ConNEXTion Action Plan). The goal of completing a placemaking project on the southside has been in the making for over 3 years. It is an amazing opportunity to introduce the Music and Cultural Trail along with the Rock Hill Symphony and with support of Rock Hill’s Poet Laureate. We have activities planned for the the entire family and the event has been promoted citywide! Join us for an afternoon of fun and learning more about the cultural and musical heritage of the Southside of Rock Hill.
